1、The room you reserved will be preserved until 18:00pm on the checking-in day and the room will be cancelled when beyond. Please call us in advance if you had planned to check in before 18:00pm but couldn’t arrive on time.
2、Please indicate the flight number (train number) in the column of special requirements if you can only check in after 18:00pm so that we can confirm the time of preservation.
3、You need to write down real name of the contactor, your mobile phone or fixed telephone in the column of contactor. If there is extension you’d better leave your extension number. You can also leave your e-mail address and fax in case that we can contact you in time to avoid affecting your travel if there is any change to the room.
4、In the column of special requirement, you can indicate any of your special requirements including double bed and non-smoking room. And we will try our best to satisfy you as for these special requirements.
5、15% of service charge is to be collected for the above prices.
The price of adding beds is RMB180 per bed. (Plus 15% service charge.)
6、orders are not confirmed should be cancelled 8 hours earier when living, and modified 8 hours earier before living

8、We will confirm for you according to the way you choose and your reservation is valid only after we give you our reply for confirmation.
